About Us
A Venue Steeped in Elegance
Elegance In Action Décor & Designz is the brainchild of Felecia Renae Smith, whose passion for creating beautiful celebrations began in her hometown of Albany, Georgia we have 1470 sq ft space. After serving her country for 12 years in the United States Army, Felecia returned to Albany and established Elegance In Action in 2021. Now, alongside her daughters LaTonya & LaToya Rivers, Felecia, her team and sometimes, when she’s not too busy, my sister Karla Anderson strive to bring elegance and exceptional service to every event they handle. Their dedication to creating unforgettable experiences ensures that your celebration becomes a cherished memory for years to come.

Our Story
Inspired by Passion for Celebration
We’ve always loved throwing parties! Growing up in Albany, Ga. We had tons of family get-togethers. Back then, they were just birthdays and cookouts, but I always loved making the decorations amazing. I get that from my mom, Mrs. Nellie Parks. She’s the queen of celebrations! Watching her plan parties made me want to do the same thing someday, but in a bigger way. Our 1200 square foot venue comfortably accommodates up to 80 guests, making it ideal for intimate gatherings or larger celebrations
After serving in the U.S. Army for 12 years, I came back home to Albany. In 2021, I started a business called Elegance In Action, all while still working at my regular job. It turns out, I needed my own space to create my event magic!.
Elegance In Action Décor & Designz is our new event center in Albany, Georgia. It’s perfect for weddings, receptions, or any special event you can dream of. The space is sparkling clean and brand new, with beautiful porcelain floors. The walls are a crisp white, so you can use any decorations you want to create your dream theme. We are always up for throwing out something new!

We also offer a variety of add-ons, priced separately for your flexibility. You can also get a 360-degree photo booth capturing all the fun, or a glamorous mirror photo booth for your guests to strike a pose.
